Seasonal Vehicle Registration

Seasonal vehicle registration is offered to customers who only wish to operate their vehicle for a portion of the year. Any customer who wants to apply for seasonal registration on their vehicle needs to complete form MV-140SV and send the appropriate fees in the form of a check or money order made payable to "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania".
