Below is a list of all holidays when PennDOT's Riverfront Office Center location in Harrisburg and Driver License and Photo License Centers statewide will be closed. If you are planning to visit one of PennDOT's On-Line Messenger Service Centers, please call ahead for hours of operation during holidays.
