Victory Junction/NASCAR Specialty License Plates

Below is a listing of Victory Junction/NASCAR license plates available to Pennsylvania registered vehicle owners. A portion of the fees from the sale of each plate goes to Victory Junction, a non-profit organization for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
