A First-Class Plate for a First-Class State. Did you know that in 1999, Pennsylvania became the first state to use its official Web site on its standard issue license plate? In 2003, the design of the standard issue license plate was modified to include the state’s official tourism Web site, www.visitPA.com.
Pennsylvania also offers Special Fund, Victory Junction (NASCAR) , and Military
license plates. Personalized (Vanity) License Plates are also available in the standard design. These personalized plates let your tag do the talking for you. For more information, please reference the Personalized Registration Plates Fact Sheet.
To apply for a Personalized License Plate, please complete Form MV-904, “Application for Special Registration Plate”.
Special Organization License Plates are also available in the standard license plate design. Please contact your organization to obtain an application for a Special Organization License Plate.
