Process

Step 1:
If you have not received the computer generated renewal application and it will expire in six months or less, you can obtain Form DL-901.

Step 2:
You must complete the application and mail it in to the address listed on the form with a check or money order payable to PennDOT for the appropriate fee.

Step 3:
Your camera card will be issued.

Step 4:
Take your camera card and appropriate identification to a Photo Center to receive your new digitized Photo ID.

Note: You can renew a photo ID on-line (link to online service)or by going to a local On-Line Messenger Service to have one processed and a camera card issued
