How to Change Your Address on Your Driver's License, Learner's Permit or Photo ID Card

You can change your address on your non-commercial driver's license or PA photo ID card at any time online.

You can also change your address by filling out one of the following forms:

• Commercial Driver's License: DL-80CD, or if expiring in the next 6 months: DL-143CD to renew.

• Learner's Permit: DL-901

• Non-Commercial Driver's License: DL-901

• Photo ID Card: DL-901

How to Change Your Address on Your Vehicle/Trailer Registration

You can change your address on your vehicle/trailer registration at any time online or by filling out form MV-63, “Change of Address.”
